Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can request permanent deletion of your TripDeDee account and all associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the TripDeDee app on your phone
Go to Profile (tap your avatar in the top right)
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Data Will Be Deleted

Your name, email, phone number, and profile photo
National ID and bank account information
Verification documents (ID card, bank book, face photo)
Push notification tokens
Google/Facebook/TikTok account links

What Data Will Be Retained

Transaction records (required by law for financial compliance)
Order history (anonymized, no personal info)
Reviews you have written (anonymized as "Deleted User")

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your points, bookings, and active orders will be cancelled. Please make sure to complete any pending transactions before deleting your account.

Can't Access the App?

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include your registered email address.

We will process your request within 7 business days.
