TripDeDee is a platform providing services through a mobile application, including these key features:

Food ordering: Order food from participating shops, both delivery and dine-in

Delivery: Connects shops, customers and Riders for food delivery services

Employment system: Allows users to post job listings or apply for jobs (Employer / Worker)

Community activities: Joining community activities, such as TikTok Follow activities or other platform events

Tourist attractions: Recommending and finding tourist attractions, including Partner submission of place data
- Live Scout (บริการดูสถานที่แบบ real-time): ผู้ใช้สามารถขอให้ผู้ใช้รายอื่น ("นักสำรวจ") ถ่ายทอดสดสถานที่ผ่าน Video Call เพื่อดูสภาพจริงของสถานที่ก่อนตัดสินใจเดินทางหรือจอง ผู้ใช้สามารถจองล่วงหน้า (Scheduled Live) หรือขอแบบทันที (On Demand) ได้ โดยมีค่าบริการตามที่แพลตฟอร์มกำหนด
Live Scout (real-time place preview service): Users can request other users ("Scouts") to live-stream a location via video call to see the real condition of a place before deciding to travel or book. Users can schedule in advance (Scheduled Live) or request on-demand, with fees as set by the platform.

The scope of services may be added, reduced, or changed. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or appropriate channels.

We are a marketplace platform connecting users with shops, Riders, employers, etc. We are not a food seller, direct delivery provider, or employer of Riders/Workers in the legal relationship between you and shops, or between you and Riders/Employers

Responsibility for food quality, delivery standards, or employment conditions lies with the shops, Riders, or employers you contact through the platform, as applicable

Live Scout is not a tour guide service under the Tourism Business and Tour Guide Act B.E. 2551 (2008) — it is solely a real-time place preview service via video call. Service providers ("Scouts") do not physically accompany or lead tourists, do not act as tour guides, and do not provide in-depth tourism information (history, culture, etc.). Scouts only live-stream locations and answer basic questions about the condition of the place.

- ผู้ขอบริการ (Tourist): ผู้ขอบริการตกลงว่าการใช้ Live Scout เป็นการดูสถานที่ล่วงหน้าเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่การจ้างมัคคุเทศก์ ข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากนักสำรวจเป็นข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจ แพลตฟอร์มไม่รับประกันความถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลดังกล่าว
Service requester (Tourist): You agree that Live Scout is for advance place preview only, not hiring a tour guide. Information from Scouts is preliminary for decision-making purposes. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.
- ผู้ให้บริการ (นักสำรวจ/Scout): นักสำรวจตกลงว่าจะทำหน้าที่เพียงถ่ายทอดสดสถานที่และตอบคำถามพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับสภาพสถานที่เท่านั้น จะไม่ให้บริการในลักษณะมัคคุเทศก์ ไม่นำพานักท่องเที่ยวเดินทาง และไม่บรรยายข้อมูลเชิงท่องเที่ยวเชิงลึก
Service provider (Scout): Scouts agree to only live-stream locations and answer basic questions about place conditions. Scouts shall not act as tour guides, shall not physically lead tourists, and shall not provide in-depth tourism commentary.
- การชำระเงิน: ค่าบริการ Live Scout ชำระผ่านระบบ Wallet ในแอป ตามราคาที่แพลตฟอร์มกำหนด (Point + เงินสด) นักสำรวจจะได้รับรายได้ตามอัตราที่แพลตฟอร์มกำหนด และสามารถถอนเงินได้ตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุในแอป
Payment: Live Scout fees are paid through the in-app Wallet system at platform-set rates (Points + cash). Scouts receive earnings at platform-set rates and may withdraw funds per conditions specified in the app.

Cancellation and refunds: If a Scout does not arrive at the location within the specified time, the system will auto-cancel and provide a full refund. If the requester cancels before the Scout starts the live session, refunds will be processed per platform conditions.

Safety and reporting: Users can report inappropriate behavior or block other users. The platform reserves the right to suspend Scout accounts for inappropriate conduct.

ฟีเจอร์ Family Tracking ให้สมาชิกในกลุ่มที่ผู้ใช้สร้างหรือเข้าร่วมเอง สามารถแชร์ตำแหน่ง realtime ให้กันชั่วคราว โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังนี้:
The Family Tracking feature lets members of groups you create or join share their realtime location with each other temporarily, under the following terms:
- ผู้ใช้รับผิดชอบเองในการเลือกสมาชิกกลุ่ม — รหัสเชิญ 6 หลักไม่ควรเผยแพร่สาธารณะ ผู้ใช้พึงแชร์รหัสกับคนที่ไว้ใจเท่านั้น (ครอบครัว/เพื่อนสนิท) บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการแชร์รหัสให้บุคคลที่ไม่เหมาะสม
You are responsible for choosing your group members — the 6-character invite code should not be posted publicly. Share it only with people you trust (family/close friends). The company is not liable for damages arising from sharing the code with inappropriate parties.
- ห้ามใช้ Family Tracking โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอม — ห้ามบังคับให้บุคคลใดเข้าร่วมกลุ่มหรือเปิดแชร์ตำแหน่งโดยขัดต่อความสมัครใจ การใช้งานเพื่อสะกดรอย stalking ข่มขู่ หรือการละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคคล เป็นเหตุให้แพลตฟอร์มระงับ/ลบบัญชีและส่งเรื่องให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย
Do not use Family Tracking without consent — You must not coerce anyone into joining a group or sharing location against their will. Use for stalking, intimidation, or violation of personal rights will result in account suspension/deletion and may be reported to law enforcement.

Feature limitations — Background location sharing works only when the user enables the "Always-on location sharing" option and grants "Always" location permission. The operating system may pause or delay background activity to save battery. We do not guarantee GPS accuracy, signal continuity, or update timeliness. Location history is deleted from servers within 7 days.

SOS button and Auto crash detection — These are best-effort supplementary features. Crash detection relies on motion sensors and may miss real events or raise false alerts. The SOS button notifies group members only — it is not a rescue or official emergency service. In a real emergency, contact local emergency services (191 / 1669 in Thailand) directly.
- ความรับผิดทางอ้อม — บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่อาจเกิดจากการพึ่งพา Family Tracking เช่น การเข้าใจผิดว่าสมาชิกอยู่ที่ใดที่หนึ่ง · การหลงทาง · อุบัติเหตุระหว่างเดินทาง · ตำแหน่งที่ล้าสมัยเนื่องจากแอปไม่ได้เปิด — Family Tracking เป็นเครื่องมือเสริมเพื่อความสะดวกในการนัดเจอกัน ไม่ใช่ระบบความปลอดภัยฉุกเฉิน (กรณีฉุกเฉินให้ติดต่อ 191 / 1669)
Indirect liability — The company is not liable for indirect damages arising from reliance on Family Tracking, including: misunderstanding of a member's location, getting lost, travel accidents, or stale location data because the app was not open. Family Tracking is a convenience tool for meeting up, not an emergency safety system (for emergencies, call 191 / 1669).

Use by minors — Minors (under 20 years old) using Family Tracking must obtain parental consent as specified in the Privacy Policy.

ผู้ดูแลแพลตฟอร์ม (admin) สามารถเชื่อมต่อบัญชี YouTube, TikTok, หรือ Facebook Page เพื่อให้ระบบ Auto-Schedule/Autopilot ของ TripDeDee เผยแพร่คอนเทนต์โดยอัตโนมัติได้
Platform administrators may connect YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook Page accounts to enable TripDeDee's Auto-Schedule/Autopilot system to publish content automatically.

By connecting your YouTube channel to TripDeDee, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service

You acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy regarding data collected and processed by Google

TripDeDee will upload only Reels/Shorts videos generated by our system from platform content (location images + properly licensed background music) to the channel you have authorized

You may revoke access at any time via the "Disconnect" button in the app or via Google Security Settings

Misuse personal data, account information, or content of other users, or use it without authorization

Use the service for illegal activities, deception, causing harm, or violating others' rights
- สร้างหรือใช้โปรแกรม อุปกรณ์ หรือวิธีการใดๆ เพื่อดึงข้อมูลจากระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต (เช่น แครก bot ที่ผิดกฎ)
Create or use programs, devices, or methods to extract data from the system without authorization (e.g. illegal cracking or bots)

Register or use the service while impersonating another person or legal entity

Post or share content that is defamatory, infringes copyright, or violates public order or good morals
- ใช้บริการในลักษณะที่ overload ระบบ หรือรบกวนการให้บริการของผู้ใช้รายอื่น
Use the service in a way that overloads the system or disrupts service for other users

Violations may lead to account suspension or termination, and legal action as appropriate.

Content, images, information or text you upload or post through the app ("your content") — you retain ownership of that content

By uploading or posting, you grant us and related service providers the necessary rights to use, display, store or transmit your content for service provision, bug fixes, abuse prevention, or service development (including in anonymized form)

The system, app, design, text, rates, points, feature structure, and information created by the platform are the property of TripDeDee or its licensors

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use commercially without written permission

You may stop using the service and close your account following procedures set by the app or our policy

Cancellation does not reduce any liability incurred prior to cancellation under these terms or by law

We may suspend or cancel accounts or access to services if we determine you have violated the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, laws, or for maintaining safety and order of use

We may stop or reduce some services as necessary, such as in force majeure events, system maintenance, or business reasons with appropriate advance notice

TripDeDee services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties beyond what law requires.

To the extent permitted by law, we and our service providers will not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including lost profits, data damage, or reputational harm) arising from use or inability to use the service

ความสัมพันธ์ทางการค้า การชำระเงิน หรือการจัดส่ง ระหว่างคุณกับร้านค้า Rider หรือนายจ้าง/ลูกจ้าง เป็นความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณกับบุคคลเหล่านั้น เราไม่ใช่คู่สัญญาในธุรกรรมนั้น และไม่รับผิดต่อการไม่ชำระเงิน คุณภาพสินค้า/บริการ หรือการบาดเจ็บที่เกิดขึ้นจากธุรกรรมระหว่างผู้ใช้ นอกจากในส่วนที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้แพลตฟอร์มต้องรับผิด
Commercial, payment, or delivery relationships between you and shops, Riders or employers/workers are relationships between you and those individuals. We are not a party to those transactions and are not liable for non-payment, quality of goods/services, or injuries arising from user-to-user transactions, except to the extent required by law.

5.4 Accommodation Operator Responsibility (Hotel / Resort / Homestay / Apartment / Campsite)
- การรับรองทางกฎหมาย: เมื่อสมัครเปิดที่พักบน TripDeDee ผู้ประกอบการรับรองว่าตนได้ดำเนินการตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกประการ ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง พรบ.โรงแรม พ.ศ. 2547, กฎกระทรวง, และระเบียบของหน่วยงานราชการในท้องที่ (อบต./เทศบาล/สาธารณสุข/ป้องกันภัย/สิ่งแวดล้อม)
Legal compliance: By registering an accommodation on TripDeDee, the operator warrants that they have complied with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Hotel Act B.E. 2547, ministerial regulations, and local authority requirements (subdistrict/municipal/public health/disaster prevention/environment)
- ระบบ tier ใบอนุญาต: TripDeDee ใช้ระบบ tier (A/B/C/D) เพื่อแสดงระดับการยืนยันเอกสารของผู้ประกอบการต่อผู้ใช้ การแสดง badge ไม่ใช่การรับรองทางกฎหมายโดย TripDeDee และไม่โอนความรับผิดทางกฎหมายของผู้ประกอบการให้กับ TripDeDee
License tier system: TripDeDee uses a tier system (A/B/C/D) to display the level of document verification of the operator to users. Displaying a badge is not a legal certification by TripDeDee and does not transfer the operator's legal liability to TripDeDee
- ความถูกต้องของเอกสาร: ผู้ประกอบการรับผิดชอบความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และความเป็นปัจจุบันของเอกสารที่อัปโหลด (ใบอนุญาต / ใบรับรองโฮมสเตย์ / ทะเบียนพาณิชย์ / เอกสารยืนยันตัวตน) การส่งเอกสารเท็จหรือปลอมแปลงจะส่งผลให้ถูกระงับการใช้งานทันทีและอาจดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมาย
Document accuracy: The operator is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of uploaded documents (license / homestay certificate / business registration / identity verification). Submitting false or forged documents will result in immediate suspension and may lead to legal action
- ใบอนุญาตหมดอายุ: หากใบอนุญาตหมดอายุ TripDeDee จะระงับการรับจองใหม่อัตโนมัติจนกว่าผู้ประกอบการจะต่ออายุและส่งเอกสารใหม่ ผู้ประกอบการรับผิดชอบในการต่ออายุก่อนวันหมดอายุ
License expiry: If the license expires, TripDeDee will automatically suspend new bookings until the operator renews and submits new documents. The operator is responsible for renewing before the expiry date
- การชดใช้: ผู้ประกอบการตกลงชดใช้ค่าเสียหายให้แก่ TripDeDee และพนักงาน หากเกิดข้อพิพาท การฟ้องร้อง หรือค่าปรับใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบกิจการที่พักที่ไม่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายของผู้ประกอบการ
Indemnification: The operator agrees to indemnify TripDeDee and its personnel for any disputes, lawsuits, or fines arising from the operator's non-compliant accommodation business
- สงวนสิทธิ์ระงับ: TripDeDee สงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะระงับหรือถอดถอนที่พักจากแพลตฟอร์มได้ทุกเมื่อโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า หากตรวจพบว่าผู้ประกอบการไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย หรือเอกสารที่ส่งมาไม่ถูกต้อง
Right to suspend: TripDeDee reserves the right to suspend or remove an accommodation from the platform at any time without prior notice if the operator is found non-compliant with the law or has submitted incorrect documents

These Terms of Service are governed by Thai law
- กรณีพิพาทที่เกิดจากหรือเกี่ยวพันกับข้อกำหนดนี้ หรือการให้บริการ TripDeDee ให้ศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจในประเทศไทยเป็นศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจพิจารณา
Disputes arising from or related to these terms or TripDeDee services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thailand
7. การแบ่งส่วน (Severability)

หากข้อความใดในข้อกำหนดนี้ถูกศาลหรือหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจวินิจฉัยว่าไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย หรือไม่มีผลบังคับ ข้อความนั้นจะถือว่าเป็นอันยกเลิกเฉพาะส่วนนั้น โดยไม่กระทบต่อความเป็นผลบังคับของข้อความอื่นที่เหลือ
If any provision of these terms is found by a court or competent authority to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed only, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

We may amend or supplement these Terms of Service. Significant amendments will be notified through the app or appropriate channels, with "Last updated" noted at the top of the document. Continued use of the service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

- การใช้บริการบางประเภทอาจมีค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าคอมมิชชั่น ส่วนแบ่งรายได้ ค่าบริการแพลตฟอร์ม ค่าสมาชิก หรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจะแสดงอัตราที่บังคับใช้ในแอปหรือช่องทางที่เหมาะสมก่อนเริ่มใช้บริการ
Certain services may incur fees, commissions, revenue shares, platform service charges, membership fees, or other expenses as determined by the Company. The Company will display the applicable rates in the app or appropriate channels before service use begins.
- ค่าธรรมเนียมและคอมมิชชั่นของพาร์ทเนอร์ (เช่น ร้านค้า ที่พัก Rider นักสำรวจ Live Scout ผู้ลงประกาศงาน Affiliate) เป็นไปตามอัตราที่บริษัทประกาศ ณ เวลานั้น ๆ ซึ่งอาจแตกต่างกันตามประเภทบริการ ระดับสมาชิก หรือข้อตกลงเฉพาะกรณี
Partner fees and commissions (e.g. shops, accommodations, Riders, Live Scout Scouts, job posters, Affiliates) are at the rates announced by the Company at the relevant time, and may differ by service type, membership tier, or case-specific agreement.
9.2 สิทธิในการปรับเปลี่ยน (สงวนสิทธิ์)

- บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเพิ่ม ลด ปรับปรุง หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าธรรมเนียม คอมมิชชั่น ส่วนแบ่งรายได้ โครงสร้างราคา แพ็กเกจ โปรโมชั่น เงื่อนไขการจ่ายเงิน หรือเงื่อนไขทางธุรกิจอื่น ๆ ได้ในภายหลัง ตามสภาพธุรกิจ ต้นทุน นโยบาย ข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย หรือสภาวะตลาด ณ เวลานั้น
The Company reserves the right to add, reduce, revise, or change fees, commissions, revenue shares, pricing structures, packages, promotions, payment terms, or other business conditions at a later time, based on business conditions, costs, policy, legal requirements, or market conditions at the relevant time.
- การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญต่ออัตราหรือเงื่อนไขที่คุณใช้งานอยู่ บริษัทจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าผ่านแอปหรือช่องทางที่เหมาะสมตามสมควร การที่คุณยังคงใช้บริการต่อหลังจากการแจ้งดังกล่าวถือว่าคุณยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้น
For changes that materially affect the rates or conditions applicable to you, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice via the app or appropriate channels. Your continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
- ในกรณีที่คุณไม่ยอมรับเงื่อนไขใหม่ คุณสามารถหยุดใช้บริการในส่วนที่ได้รับผลกระทบ และ/หรือยกเลิกบัญชีตามขั้นตอนในข้อ 4.1 โดยการเปลี่ยนแปลงนี้จะไม่ส่งผลย้อนหลังต่อธุรกรรมที่เสร็จสิ้นไปแล้วก่อนวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้
If you do not accept the new conditions, you may stop using the affected services and/or cancel your account per the procedures in section 4.1. Such changes will not retroactively affect transactions completed before the effective date.

- ค่าธรรมเนียมและส่วนแบ่งรายได้ที่บริษัทจ่ายหรือเรียกเก็บอาจถูกหักหรือบวกภาษีตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) หรือภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ผู้ใช้และพาร์ทเนอร์มีหน้าที่ดำเนินการเรื่องภาษีของตนตามกฎหมายที่บังคับใช้
Fees and revenue shares paid or collected by the Company may be subject to deduction or addition of taxes as required by law (e.g. VAT or withholding tax). Users and partners are responsible for handling their own tax obligations under applicable law.
