Chom Choei Sun-Dried Gourami from Bang Bo is 100% GMP standard and has no foul odor. Please read to understand the difference between fish bought at the market and online. 1. Chom Choei sun-dried fish is frozen before shipping to prevent spoilage. However, the fish will have moisture, making it appear wet, leading to the misconception that it is fresh. 2. Vacuum-sealed sun-dried fish may have some blood in the bag due to air pressure from the vacuum machine. Storage: Place in the freezer. Can be stored for 5 month
